01. Can design work be commissioned without a full brief?
Yes, and it happens often. The right questions get asked to pull the brief out. The better the understanding of what the piece needs to achieve and who it’s for, the better the outcome.
02. Brand guidelines already exist. Will they be followed?
Absolutely. Existing guidelines are worked within. If they’re a bit vague or out of date, that gets flagged with a recommendation on what’s worth tightening up.
03. Can print be managed as well as designed?
Yes. Full print management is available, including specifying paper stock, finish, and print run for your budget. It takes one more thing off your plate and means the file goes to print correctly, every time.
04. How many rounds of amends are included?
Two rounds as standard on most projects. For anything more complex, that’s agreed upfront. A clear brief at the start usually means both rounds are more than enough.
05. How does the Brand Builder subscription work in practice?
At the start of the subscription, you choose one item from each of the three design categories. Those are your three pieces for the year, delivered when you need them. The monthly payment of £149 covers the subscription, and the design advice and event invites are included on top.
06. Is it possible to work with an ongoing, irregular brief rather than project by project?
Yes. Some clients brief on a project basis, others treat it as an ongoing design resource they can dip into. Either works. The more familiar the team becomes with your brand, the faster and more consistent the output gets.
